Sky's Sweet Aromas does not accept returns on any merchandise. 


In the event that an item arrives damaged, please email sarah@skyssweetaromas.com to initiate a refund request or a replacement freshie. Include your name and order number in the subject line.


Refund requests for a damaged product must be requested within 36 hours of delivery.
